Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or measurement, with at least 3 years in people management roles.
  • Confident in leading high-level client conversations, translating performance into actionable insights, and delivering compelling recommendations.
  • Passionate about growing others, sharing knowledge, and building a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to solve problems or support campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), analytics tools, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all paid media and measurement workstreams, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable performance across platforms and client objectives.
  • Serve as a senior contact for clients, providing thought leadership, campaign insights, and clear communication on paid media performance.
  • Design and facilitate monthly workshops and team education sessions, driving innovation and ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Lead negotiations and relationships with third-party vendors and platforms to maximize value and impact.
  • Track team KPIs, provide performance insights to leadership, and make strategic recommendations to enhance results.
  • Manage hiring, resourcing, employee development, compensation changes, and other team operations.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Creator Operations to deliver integrated campaigns with a balanced mix of organic and paid tactics.
  • Act as an internal and external advocate for the paid media and measurement function, elevating its visibility and impact.
