Requirements
- 3+ years of technology implementation, technical consulting or dedicated technical support
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably with a SaaS B2B company
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer relationships and develop strategies to drive success with new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and other DevOps automation tools
- Ability to write and maintain code in at least one modern scripting language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Bash)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on custom integrations, helping customers identify and mitigate risks in their technical approaches
- Create strong technical customer relationships at all levels; advocate their needs
- Consult on the Airbyte product to deliver customer outcomes: from onboarding to active deployments to ongoing checkins and as needed escalations
- Own a book of business of key Mid Market customers
- Support renewal activities by identifying customers at risk and working with sales team on mitigation plans
- Create strong internal relationships and deliver feedback to engineering and product teams for future products and offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales Engineering experience a plus
- Technical writing experience a plus
