Requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Experience with tools such as Lucid Chart or Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and ClickUp.
  • Proven track record of engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive business analysis and develop detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to guide project implementation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft services and cloud computing concepts, including Azure and M365.
  • Ability to perform market and competitive analysis to provide clients with insights and recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cloud and data integration projects.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and identify opportunities where cloud solutions can drive value.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis to gather detailed requirements from clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and document business processes and workflows, creating detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models to support cloud and data integration initiatives.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to provide clients with insights and recommendations on best practices and innovative solutions in the cloud domain.
  • Facilitate client workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate findings, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, to guide the development and implementation of cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to prioritize requirements and develop a roadmap for project implementation, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cloud and data integration projects, proposing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance client solutions and drive business value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and recommendations to optimize their cloud strategies and achieve their business objectives.
