Requirements
- Technical degree: Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or math, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems
- Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable working in a technical environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering, product, and other departments
- Manage and optimize internal systems for tracking engineering projects, team activities, and progress
- Analyze existing engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Assist in translating technical information into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in the tracking of project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and facilitating timely resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
