Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles.
  • You’re technical—you are data-driven, understand systems, and know how to communicate with engineering and product teams.
  • You’re strategic—you zoom out to define frameworks, build business cases, and integrate solutions into broader company initiatives.
  • You’re a builder—you’d rather design and implement a better solution than patch around a broken one.
  • You’re self-driven and proactive—your bias is for action rather than delay.
  • You’re comfortable in ambiguity—you get energy from untangling complex, messy problems.
  • You’re clear—you communicate effectively, including in both technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own projects end to end, from framing the problem to executing on a chosen solution.
  • Operate across both hardware and software, bringing solutions to problems across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and more.
  • Work deeply within Anduril’s business systems (including our ERP, MRP, and MES) to develop a clear understanding of how data and processes flow across the company.
  • Develop analytics and tooling that shape decision-making, ranging from scrappy, ad hoc Excel data crunching to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Project manage across teams, leading meetings of large and small groups and managing digital communication channels to direct stakeholders towards solutions.
  • Work on the highest-priority problems at Anduril.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technical systems in hardware + software environments (e.g., logistics tech, manufacturing systems, or ERP implementations).
  • Exposure to classified or regulated workflows.
  • Background working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments without a playbook.
