Description

Who we are looking for:

Technology Platform, Engineering & Operations (TPEO) is looking for a highly motivated technical senior leader for our IT Configuration Management services. The ideal individual will have significant experience in Service Now solution set, Secure baseline as the platform centralizing ITIL practices of Configuration management.  This leader will develop a technical and support services team to enable all functions of enterprise Configuration Management starting with Securing baselines, and broadening to all configuration items for the bank.

What you will be responsible for:

You will be working directly with enterprise subs and affiliates and corporate IT engineering, network, end-user experience, infrastructure, and operations teams to help carry out strategies. You will lead the configuration management Enterprise Process areas, predominantly with a strong security knowledges set with the potential to include technical delivery of configuration management programs and large initiatives. This role will also be responsible for significant regulatory and service improvements in tracking and reporting applicable metrics, controls and governance methods.

It is essential you have strong end-to-end program configuration technical experience working with a large portfolio of projects that support a complex organizational environment, at an enterprise scale.

Salary Range:

$170,000 – $282,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
