Requirements
- Extensive experience in the medical industry for personal health and/or diagnostics and digital imaging with deep understanding of technologies, trends and needs
- Senior System Architect with experience ideally from a company operating in developing healthcare solutions
- Extensive experience in defining, developing, and implementing healthcare HW/SW systems, ideally with a strong SW background
- Experience in medical sensing/measurement technologies, imaging technologies as well as required processing and connectivity technologies
- Strong management skills with a team first mentality
- Strong ability to work cross functionally, across many stakeholders to drive towards common goals and objectives
- Ability to engage with key C-level stakeholders at customer to build trust and confidence
- Thorough understanding of NXP customer systems, including both software and hardware, with ability to understand the key challenges and translate them to system solutions we can develop and scale into the mass market
- Experience in working with global teams in matrix organizations
Responsibilities
- Define winning system solutions and provide input to product lines on requirements for new developments
- Own and drive the definition and implementation of all technical aspects of NXPs system strategy for Healthcare
- Define and implement system level solutions at our customers with products from the product lines
- Create close technical relationships at our key customers for NXP to become the trusted advisor
- Scale system solutions from top customers into the mass market
- Identify the key customer technical challenges from a customer use case perspective, establish system-based solutions and drive the process for developing and implementing these solutions at our customers
- Own and drive the input to the product lines on requirements for new developments, to match the segment needs and go to market strategy
