Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in either professional services delivery or technical enablement.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior-level leaders.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical information and present it to various audiences.
- Experience in creating new programs or initiatives.
- A strong understanding of technical concepts, even if not a deep expert.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison, accurately communicating Global Services’ organizational perspectives and requirements to enablement program owners.
- Ensure consistent program delivery and achievement of defined goals and metrics.
- Collaborate with enablement colleagues to design, develop, and deliver effective enablement programs.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to validate requirements and evaluate program results.
- Proactively source input and content from subject matter experts to enhance program curation.
- Identify and recommend potential efficiencies and enhancements to existing processes.
- Participate in discovery sessions with business leaders to establish and refine program requirements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence during program development.
- Develop and refine tools and templates to support enablement initiatives.
- Analyze program interdependencies and resolve overlaps to ensure program coherence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Architect or Similar Technical Role
- Experience in Designing and Delivering Technical Training
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop strategic enablement plans.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Experience using tools such as Google Suite, Zimit, HighSPOT, or SmartSheets, for content creation, project management, or communication.
