Technical Lead – Automation

8-10 years of experience in a studio environment, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or project management role.
A bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Interaction Design).
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Understanding of moving image production tools, such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Nuke.
Proven experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., InDesign scripting, Photoshop actions, Script, Python, Java Script).
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Switch is a plus.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for AI, automation, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a real impact.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Serve as the primary point of contact for production teams worldwide, providing guidance, support, and training on automation best practices.
Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust automation scripts and workflows that streamline production processes.
Oversee the entire automation project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and explore new technologies and approaches to enhance efficiency and productivity.
