Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in a studio environment, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or project management role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Interaction Design).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of moving image production tools, such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro and Nuke.
- Proven experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., InDesign scripting, Photoshop actions, Script, Python, Java Script).
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Switch is a plus.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for AI, automation, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to make a real impact.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for production teams worldwide, providing guidance, support, and training on automation best practices.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust automation scripts and workflows that streamline production processes.
- Oversee the entire automation project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify opportunities for automation, and explore new technologies and approaches to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Switch is a plus.
