Technical Lead Product Manager

4-6 year proven track record leading successful data product management initiatives related to data quality and analysis, and/or geospatial analytics
At least 3 years of leading product initiatives in an early stage startup environment
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or data science
Product roadmap development and delivery management in coordination with technical data science and engineering teams
Expert proficiency in PostgreSQL, experience with other analysis methods (Python, R, etc)
Experience managing or coordinating closely with data analysts to develop data management best practices
Ability to coordinate across different business units, acting as the mediator between differing opinions while driving product strategy forward
Ability to balance between company-wide objectives vs product strategy and key results
Familiarity with geospatial analytics, location intelligence, or other GIS-related work is a plus

Collaborate closely with the product team to define, develop, and execute our product roadmap
Be responsible for maintaining and continually improving the quality of our data
Build, manage, and coordinate with a team of data analysts to develop and implement data quality management methodologies and best practices
Conduct customer research to understand the needs, pain points, and success metrics of both internal and external customers
Collaborate with the Data Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams to identify key data quality issues and develop solutions to address the underlying cause
Continuously measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform product decisions and drive improvements
Act as a subject matter expert on geospatial technologies and data management best practices
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team

Familiarity with geospatial analytics, location intelligence, or other GIS-related work is a plus
