Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
- Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture.
- Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Design and manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in information technology or related field is preferred
- Hands on development experience with the following code/platforms – Java 17+, React, Micro services, Spring boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Kubernetes, Mongo DB, Document DB, Postgres SQL
- Progressive experience coding and reviewing code – Java, SQL, Java Spring Boot, React
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a technical team
- Ability to work with Business Team members and providing technical direction for solutions of requirements.
- Experience working in Cloud Environments. (AWS, Azure)
- Regularly contribute as a hands-on senior developer in development, automation, testing, and environment management activities
- Current knowledge of scripting and programming languages, various business applications, state of the art technology and current trends in the computer industry.
- Experience gained within Banking/Financial Services (Automotive Dealer Facing Applications)/FinTech sectors a plus
