Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar role in a startup or fast paced environment along with a bachelor’s degree
- Extensive experience with AWS services and cloud architecture
- In depth knowledge of software security principles and practices
- Solid understanding of Python and Django
- Experience in a product centric organization
- Experience with application performance tools and techniques
- Familiar with data governance, data isolation, and privacy regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable and robust software architecture for our AI-driven product
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Manage the implementation of standard methodologies in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards
- Drive the adoption of security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Implement and manage data governance and isolation strategies to safeguard data integrity and privacy
- Optimize application performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and improvement
- Help build up the technical team consisting of software engineers, data scientists, DevSecOp specialists and QA engineers
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, encouraging a culture of innovation and technical excellence
- Know the latest new technologies and industry trends to inform strategic technical decisions
