Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Systems, Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Support organization and management across multiple digital platforms and internal systems
- Assist with data reporting, analysis, and creation of dashboards using tools such as Linear, Google Sheets, or similar reporting software
- Help categorize, archive, and maintain technical documentation, ensuring consistency and accessibility for internal teams
- Assist in reviewing and summarizing product roadmaps, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, track projects, and communicate updates clearly
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects under the guidance of the Senior Director of Technology
- Assist where able in pushing Gallery technology initiatives forward!
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in contemporary art and Gallery operations is a plus, though not required
