Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, product management, or solution engineering within the AI, data, cloud, or search space.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Engineering bootcamps acceptable too.
- Proficiency in commonly used programming languages and technologies (ie: Python, Java, Go)
- Action-oriented self-starter with a love of making people and companies more effective, an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of how a product works, and a growth mindset driving you to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Passionate about Glean’s mission and product and representing our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
- Create hands-on demos of Glean Agents
- Build the technical bill of materials to differentiate Glean’s agent offering, including benchmarks, whitepaper, blogs, and how-to-guides on agents
- Drive the technical collateral around product and feature launches, specifically launches related to Glean Agents, AI evaluation, and LLM offerings
- Tell the technical story of Glean’s agentic reasoning engine.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deeply understand how LLMs work and how they can be used in enterprise AI
- Hands-on experience creating and running demos using AI technologies
- Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and creating clear, compelling technical assets.
- Can extract key engineering innovations and shape them into impactful messaging for technical audiences
- Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams, adapting your approach to each audience.
- Bonus: You have an online presence and following to build external credibility in Glean.
