Requirements
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in technical product ownership or business systems analysis with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience with learning management systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret published standards (e.g., industry regulations, technical specifications, compliance frameworks) and translate them into clear, actionable development requirements and QA validation criteria.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Experience in startup environments or similar fast-paced, dynamic cultures.
- A track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives from concept to completion.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Bring your experience in learning management systems to the table, helping to optimize and innovate our approach to training modernization in the defence sector.
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to dissect complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Work within Agile frameworks, leading and contributing to sprints, ensuring that projects stay on track and deliver value.
- Craft large feature set epics and skillfully refine them into concise, actionable user stories.
- Skilled at prioritizing user stories that have been broken down from larger epics, ensuring highest business value and most critical tasks are addressed and delivered first.
- Lead and participate in user story grooming sessions, ensuring that the team is aligned and ready to execute with precision.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
