Technical Product Owner

5-7+ years of proven experience in technical product ownership or business systems analysis with a focus on large-scale, complex projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working experience in an Agile environment.
Experience with learning management systems.
Ability to analyze and interpret published standards (e.g., industry regulations, technical specifications, compliance frameworks) and translate them into clear, actionable development requirements and QA validation criteria.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Experience in startup environments or similar fast-paced, dynamic cultures.
A track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives from concept to completion.
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
