Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or closely related occupation) onboarding financial institutions to data access networks.
- Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or closely related occupation) onboarding financial institutions to data access networks.
- Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) managing Cloud-based Software as a Services (SaaS) client implementations using Agile frameworks and tools —Jira, GitHub, Basecamp.
- DE articulating client implementation project objectives and requirements into specific business outcomes with timelines through statements of work and project plans developed using Microsoft Office tools – Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- DE in Client Engagement Management — representing financial institutions and financial technology companies and integrating them into data access network.
- DE in Cloud-based software development projects – managing software projects from start to finish, including creating project plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and addressing issues that arise during project execution using Atlassian Suite, Confluence, and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Onboards new data providers onto the firm’s data access network.
- Establishes and enhances best practices for client success teams in a financial technology environment.
- Works with financial institutions on the discovery process to analyze their current state and enhance the size of the engagement.
- Builds and improves customer workflows to create efficiencies and improve the experience.
- Documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
- Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
- Confers with personnel concerned to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
- Plans studies of work problems and procedures — organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
