Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience with Data Center Networking.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the weekly planning cycle to facilitate the timely and cost-efficient delivery of cluster networking capacity across all Google data centers.
- Drive change event impact analysis and adjust plans of record across all systems of record.
- Define policies and tooling requirements to manage cluster networking products, emphasizing planning, provisioning, reliability, and interoperability needs across the existing fleet.
- Participate in the development of new products from early concepts through to full production, and help manage the transition of new products into the fleet.
- Offer technical guidance across the broader organization, particularly regarding how new products and processes will impact or be impacted by the networking fleet.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with data center technologies, network architecture, NPI, and deployment planning.
- Experience with network capacity planning.
- Ability to grow technically and become a subject matter expert.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
