Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with both hardware and software programs (e.g., software and hardware interactions).
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering team members to develop, own, and execute the Augmented Reality Glasses programs.
- Engage with Tech Leads and Engineers on both long-term development work and day to day activities (e.g., identify blockers, dependencies, track progress, offer support, etc.).
- Work with the program leads to drive the interactions with all external partners associated with the program.
- Maintain periodic communication to broader team and leadership on the overall health of the program (e.g., updates, schedule, risks, mitigation plans, etc.).
- Have complete ownership of the program’s schedules and track dependencies and deliverables through its entire life cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with program management tools like Smartsheets, TaskFlow, or other technical tools.
- Experience writing scripts (e.g., App scripts, etc.).
- Experience working with internal and external partners.
