Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with Manufacturing Operations for Hardware or Consumer Products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products are designed for quality in the New Product Introduction (NPI) and Sustaining phase.
- Work with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation and risk management processes such as NUDD (New, Unique, Difficult, and Different) as well as ensuring lessons learned from previous products are applied from a technological, manufacturing, and operational perspective.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive resolution issues identified before ramp and mass production.
- Lead cross-functional teams on Quality initiatives, navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and share communication and influence.
- Understand detailed implications of decisions and communicate recommended solutions to the product development team and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis or Statistical Process Control.
- Experience with SQL or Python.
