Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with demand planning or forecasting.
- Experience with network infrastructure or networking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the processes involved in generating network demand, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand demand trends, evaluate the impact of new methodologies, and provide actionable insights.
- Metric Development: Develop and maintain key metrics to enhance forecasting and plan processes, contribute to more informed business decisions.
- Utilize data to support and improve network forecasting and planning activities, ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and drive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in data centers, network infrastructure, including optical transport, dark and leased fiber, cross-connects, etc.
- Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry.
- Experience with data analytics, reporting, and scripting using SQL or similar technologies.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
