Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, working directly with engineering teams, and/or experience in relevant work, fields, or related functions
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Excellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in identifying, prioritizing and delivering product capabilities to delight customers
- Strong data analysis skills; the ability to run data analysis and synthesize data to make on-point business decisions
- Bonus points for a Certified ScrumMaster Certification
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and strategies
- Document project requirements, user stories, and test plans clearly and comprehensively
- Communicate regularly with relevant stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and changes in scope
- Follow a defined project management methodology to ensure that project steps and resources are well-planned and executed
- Facilitate daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, and backlog grooming sessions for assigned technology teams
- Own and manage sprint planning in project management software, including incorporating stakeholder prioritization
- Partner with engineering team on project estimates and prioritization
- Balance the ability to work independently and drive projects forward with the awareness to seek guidance or escalate issues when needed
- Resolve conflicts in a timely manner and escalate to senior management when appropriate
