Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Proficient ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents
- In-depth understanding of electrical wiring concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Products
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
- Inspect aircraft systems, production components, and support fulfilling all contractual and quality requirements
- Verify aircraft installed systems, logistics operations, production components, and support functions
- Inspect operational components for serviceability and proper installation
- Validate Field Service Technician’s work
- Develop and review operational procedures
- Function as the on-site Aviation Safety Official
- Capture and analyze statistical data from processes to confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards
- Make recommendations for new or enhanced methods, procedures standards, and reporting
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and provide appropriate feedback and training
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance
- Experience drafting work instructions and SOP’s
- Experience with Network+, Security+, CCNA and/or A+
- Experience with FCC or FCC GROL
- Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or other measuring equipment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards
