Requirements

- Demonstrated success in disciplined execution; being detail oriented, open, patient, and able to bring up others around you.
- Passionate about Shield AI’s mission and values; able to confidently and fluidly discuss our product.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, supporting events, and building strategies to hire amazing people.
- Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
- Ensuring highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
- Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical recruiting experience, particularly in an AI or Robotics space.
- Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS), especially Lever ATS.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
- Experience in a startup environment with proven capabilities to adapt, as needed.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.
