Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency, startup, or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles across a variety of disciplines.
  • Ability to develop high-trust partnerships with top leaders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to assess talent and match candidates to organizational needs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across all engineering groups (Powertrain, Airframe, Software, etc) to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals.
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Use analytics and reporting to inform our strategy going forward.
