Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • 2-4 years recruiting experience
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with employees and hiring managers
  • Conduct sourcing via social recruiting, networking, employee referral, job postings, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering, IT, product and other roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a stellar candidate experience
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
