Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college (OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality).
- Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS), including but not limited to, ASME, PED, ATEX, IECEx, CML, REACH, etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring TRS compliance of end-destination use for global valves products & services. Applied typically to equipment, software and personnel.
- Advising functional managers or other functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures regarding TRS requirements and certifications.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex TRS topics.
- Managing and/or executing certification strategies.
- Including emphasis on REACH compliance (and global REACH-type regulations), with responsibilities to establish and maintain automated REACH compliance approach in SAP.
- Managing and interfacing with global certification bodies.
