Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold, including technical specifications and applications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a technical or engineering environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work on multiple parallel projects
Responsibilities
- Identifies new market, product, and sales opportunities, working to expand market share with new and existing accounts.
- Provides forecasting for new and potential accounts as required.
- Cultivates strong relationships with both internal and external customers in support of achieving business goals.
- Works closely with customers to establish technical needs and specifications, steering application requirements towards CW technology wherever possible.
- Serves as first line interface with customers for technical discussions, including technology workshops to educate customers and optimize application of CW products.
- Provides market and voice of customer insight to support development of technology roadmaps and innovation projects, ensuring CW and customer technology roadmaps remain aligned.
