Technical Services Engineer

3+ years of experience in a technical, programming, or system implementation role
Strong scripting experience in .CSV and Linux scripts; familiarity with Progress database is a plus
Experience with system deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting in a customer-facing environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems efficiently
Excellent communication and documentation skills to clearly outline issues and solutions
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment
Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit union operations is a plus

Develop, modify, and maintain .CSV and Linux scripts to support system configurations and integrations
Write and execute custom scripts and automation tools for customer deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment issues, ensuring high system reliability
Assist in standardizing implementation and configuration processes to improve efficiency
Support system conversions, enhancements, and software upgrades from start to finish
Work directly with customers to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure successful deployments
Provide technical documentation and training to customers on new system functionality
Ensure customer project timelines are met, tracking progress and risks proactively
Investigate and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to escalate as needed
Maintain detailed project documentation in Salesforce to track system updates, issues, and resolutions
Identify recurring system challenges and contribute to process improvements to reduce future issues
Support post-implementation system monitoring and troubleshooting for up to 30 days post-go-live
