Requirements
- Must have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Advanced Business Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Relevant Project Management or Business Analyst work experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain access to work at our Beavercreek, OH location
- Ability to obtain/maintain military base access
- Ability to travel, as required. Up to 10% travel is anticipated
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance
- Willing to work in Beavercreek OH (No relocation provided)
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an excellent rapport with AFRL project managers, engineers, scientists, subject matter experts, and industry contractor partners for all assigned DPA Title III projects
- Support the AFRL customer with all aspects of project development including requirements definition, metrics development, proposal evaluation, and full lifecycle DoD project execution
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned DPA Title III projects
- Actively monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective action as needed
- Work with technical personnel and possess the ability to become conversant with diverse manufacturing and technology concepts and terminology
- Work with limited direction on complex assignments and typically be responsible for independently defining approaches to tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Secret Clearance
- Engineering or technical undergraduate degree
- Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology undergraduate degree (Strongly Preferred)
- 3 or more years of work experience in either manufacturing industry or with the DoD procurement community
- Familiarity and experience with DoD acquisition processes and Science & Technology planning processes
