Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (with 10+ years of experience) or Master’s Degree (with 8+ years of experience)
- Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Graduated from a DoD or National Intelligence Agency SIGINT school
- Solid background in Tactical Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)
- Expertise in ISR platforms and direct collaboration with national and strategic intelligence missions
- Strong familiarity with the Joint Command and DoD structure.
Responsibilities
- Be the essential bridge between the NSA and the Air Force for TechSIGINT revitalization, championing mission-critical needs and delivering enhanced capabilities.
- Provide strategic guidance on Air Force TechSIGINT and TCPED policies, strategies, and standards.
- Lead the way in operations management, crafting innovative plans and initiatives to strengthen the Air Force enterprise.
- Collaborate with 16 AF and its ISR Wings to sustain a high-performing operational environment, with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
- Advocate for operational policies, influencing high-level decision-making alongside key leaders.
- Represent 16 AF with diverse organizations, fostering meaningful connections across DoD directorates, intelligence agencies, academia, and industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of TechSIGINT policy and advanced-level SIGINT training.
- Previous work in an Air Operations Center (AOC) environment.
- Knowledge of national and airborne collection programs.
