Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance during the proposal and solution design phases.
  • Assist in the development of customized automation solutions tailored to specific customer workflows with the use of automated assembly lines.
  • Consults with customer to determine capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation.
  • Conduct on-site assessments post implementation to understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and executes plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of interfaces between pharmacy automation systems and other healthcare applications.
  • Support integration of pharmacy automation systems with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of interface configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Partners with Central Fill Sales Engineers, SDS, R&D, and platform teams to ensure successful customer implementations, service, and support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up visits to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong technical insight and familiarity with pharmacy central fill automation systems.
  • Proven experience with the configuration and implementation of manufacturing lines for prescription medications.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within healthcare and/or manufacturing, specifically on a production line.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Business System certifications.
  • Proven experience succeeding in a role where the team expects you to be the expert with demonstrated ability to drive outcomes.
  • Experience in Commercial role/setting. SFDC, Power BI, and Miro experience a plus.
