Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during the proposal and solution design phases.
- Assist in the development of customized automation solutions tailored to specific customer workflows with the use of automated assembly lines.
- Consults with customer to determine capacity planning and growth, as well as define budgeted rates and process documentation.
- Conduct on-site assessments post implementation to understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and executes plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of interfaces between pharmacy automation systems and other healthcare applications.
- Support integration of pharmacy automation systems with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Maintain detailed documentation of interface configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Partners with Central Fill Sales Engineers, SDS, R&D, and platform teams to ensure successful customer implementations, service, and support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up visits to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong technical insight and familiarity with pharmacy central fill automation systems.
- Proven experience with the configuration and implementation of manufacturing lines for prescription medications.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within healthcare and/or manufacturing, specifically on a production line.
- Lean Six Sigma or Business System certifications.
- Proven experience succeeding in a role where the team expects you to be the expert with demonstrated ability to drive outcomes.
- Experience in Commercial role/setting. SFDC, Power BI, and Miro experience a plus.
