Requirements
- 3+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in a similar role at a high-growth technology company or startup.
- Proficiency with Boolean search operators, x-ray searches, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong ability to influence at various organizational levels, leveraging data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical job profiles, such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and/or Design.
Responsibilities
- Innovate and execute creative sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent to X.
- Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
- Effectively align candidates’ motivations with X’s value proposition, roles, and expectations.
- Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze historical data to optimize hiring impact and efficiency.
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to anticipate upcoming headcount needs and proactively understand how new hires fit into the organization.
