Requirements
- Helpdesk Experience
- Windows and Mac desktop support experience
- Workstation setup and configuration
- Working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Gmail Gsuite
- Train end-users on new processes/functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users
- Office printer debugging
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Work with Aptive’s product, engineering and marketing teams to share customer feedback to drive improvements
- Proactively contribute suggestions for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise troubleshooting WiFi and wired networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience preparing new reports from HRIS (Workday), and manipulating existing report variables
