Requirements

  • Helpdesk Experience
  • Windows and Mac desktop support experience
  • Workstation setup and configuration
  • Working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Gmail Gsuite
  • Train end-users on new processes/functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users
  • Office printer debugging

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Work with Aptive’s product, engineering and marketing teams to share customer feedback to drive improvements
  • Proactively contribute suggestions for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise troubleshooting WiFi and wired networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience preparing new reports from HRIS (Workday), and manipulating existing report variables
