Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, a related field or relevant technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a business operations or program management environment
• Proven experience writing and editing technical documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in documentation tools and software
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint and Visio

Responsibilities

• Write and edit user manuals, technical guides, process documentation, and other deliverables
• Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and user-friendly
• Develop and maintain templates and style guides for documentation
• Ability to understand and create simple process maps
• Work closely with program managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Review and edit documentation to ensure it meets the program’s standards for quality and consistency
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to improve documentation
• Continuously evaluate and improve documentation processes and tools
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the documentation strategy
• Organize and manage documentation in a centralized repository
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to stakeholders
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

• French language proficiency (written and spoken) preferred but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
