Technical Writer – Security Service Edge – Sse

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, Computer Science, certifications, or a related field.
• Proven experience, 2+ years in technical writing in the cybersecurity field, and 2+ years of experience as a technical writer.
• Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills in English.
• Strong understanding of cyber security and networking concepts 2+ years.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player as well.
• Experience in UX writing – 2+ years.
• Foundation knowledge of DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, ReadMe) – 1+ years.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise technical documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources, including technical specifications, user feedback, and product demonstrations.
• Work with engineers and product managers to understand product requirements and ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Use a variety of writing and editing tools to create high-quality documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in cyber security and networking technologies.
• Create UX-focused content that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
• Work with designers and engineers to ensure that UX content is aligned with product goals.
• Ability to work independently and a self-starter.
