Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, communications, Computer Science, certifications, or a related field.
- Proven experience, 2+ years in technical writing in the cybersecurity field, and 2+ years of experience as a technical writer.
- Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills in English.
- Strong understanding of cyber security and networking concepts 2+ years.
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player as well.
- Experience in UX writing – 2+ years.
- Foundation knowledge of DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, ReadMe) – 1+ years.
Responsibilities
- Write clear and concise technical documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources, including technical specifications, user feedback, and product demonstrations.
- Work with engineers and product managers to understand product requirements and ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Use a variety of writing and editing tools to create high-quality documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in cyber security and networking technologies.
- Create UX-focused content that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
- Work with designers and engineers to ensure that UX content is aligned with product goals.
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter.
