Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Registered Technologist credentialed by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R.T.(M) (ARRT) and in good standing.
- Current license in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology.
- Regulate the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develop, and organize films.
- Establish and maintain a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.
- Demonstrate knowledge of clinical procedures, equipment, and policies – Hospital and Department – that are necessary for job performance.
- Collaborate with department leadership to develop and implement methods to achieve established goals and objectives.
