Responsibilities
- Work with the Technology teams to identify personnel situations that need to be addressed and collaborate with the HRBP Team for ER-related issues.
- Partner with the HRBP team for the department-wide 360 review process.
- Partner with the Technology teams to understand their staffing needs and communicate with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and Compensation for job description creation and updates, job posting approvals, and job offer approvals.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new Technology hires and applicable offboarding activities as needed.
- Identify training needs for technology associates and coordinate the continuous improvement and learning department.
- Provide guidance for illness and out-of-office requests and escalate them to HR as necessary.
- Review and approve requests pertaining to the workspace or access, including corporate cell phones, hotspots, extra monitors, or remote access requests.
- Accountable for managing/approving/tracking PTO requests in coordination with the existing IT Admin team.
- Completion of employee action form approvals; coordination of change and timing with HR and IT leadership.
- Coordinate and approve celebrations and rewards for teams, including anniversary celebrations.
- Coordinate communications for annual bonus and merit increases; work with HR/Executive on the accuracy of lists.
