Requirements
- Strategic Planning: Defining initiative scope, goals, and milestones, developing detailed plans and identifying critical dependencies across teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Using a consultative approach, leading and facilitating communication between engineering teams, product management, design, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives.

- Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate program status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Technical Expertise: Possessing an understanding of relevant technologies and development methodologies to make informed decisions regarding technical feasibility and trade-offs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the development process through rigorous testing and quality check best practices.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities
- Strategically leads cross-functional teams to improve planning methods. Works closely with senior leadership to formulate and execute line of business strategic plans to advance business methods.
- Leads the strategic evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits.
- Sets vision to identify strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
- Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
- Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
