Requirements
- Current Senior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- Graduation date of December 2024 or May/June 2025
- Commitment to complete the full 18-month Leadership Development Program.
Responsibilities
- Align with business to define requirements
- Develop, document, test, and modify new and existing code
- Develop, document, test, modify, and maintain new and existing software applications
- Develop working knowledge of Ameriprise systems, processes, data, and vendor tools
- Learn and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to the development life cycle
- Participation in Technology LDP Committees.
Preferred Qualifications
- High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
- Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with all levels of the organization including team members, managers, and senior leaders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior classroom, project, or work experience with software development/programming/coding.
