Requirements
- 3+ Years experience within technology procurement
- Experience working with Legal and Accounts Payable
- Collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Diligent and able to think quickly in a demanding environment
Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking contract and renewals
- Working closely with key stakeholders on their new requirements, contracts and upcoming renewals
- Assisting in the onboarding and purchases of new products and services
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery
- Identify opportunities to negotiate the terms and achieve cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Finance, Information Security, Compliance, and others to ensure adherence with firm’s vendor management policies and procedures
- Review and approve invoices relating to the purchase orders created
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
