Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or similar experiences that will translate exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move fast, think fast, and execute even faster
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, taking ownership beyond the recruiting function
- A desire to pursue non-linear growth opportunity
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the rapidly growing defense tech industry
- Build out a robust recruiting program as an early team member in this 0 to 1 opportunity
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- Leverage data and metrics to improve recruiting efforts and decision making
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure the company continues to scale with great people & culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense, aerospace, national security, or highly technical industries
