Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Test Analyst with a mix of manual and automated testing skills.
- Experience with C# for automated testing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report defects and collaborate with the team.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and identify defects.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# for regression testing.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify the best testing approaches and create test plans.
- Write API tests using Postman to validate backend functionality.
- Raise defects, ideally in JIRA, and communicate findings effectively with the team.
- Convert manual test cases into automated test cases to enhance testing efficiency.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify potential issues.
- Contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement within an Agile or Scrum environment.
