Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related technical field with 5 years of relevant experience in a test and repair environment, or a Master’s with 3 years relevant experience in a test and repair environment; 9+ years of relevant experience in a test and repair environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong technical background with proven success with testing RF circuitry and troubleshooting to the component level by following schematics
- Proficiency in MS Office is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Level Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and performance evaluation of older test set; Test set modification with documentation
- Design and integration of new test sets
- Unit under test evaluations
- Documenting test procedures
- Effectively interface with various internal and external customers as well as functional groups including vendors, engineering, purchasing, operations, program offices, and manufacturing
- Generate technical reports, track, and report on performance
- Estimate work efforts (hours and schedule) and other ongoing tasks in support of an operational system
Preferred Qualifications
- Active U.S. Secret Level Security Clearance or higher
- Prior experience with SAP or other Material Requirements Planning/ Manufacturing Execution tool
- Familiarization with a wide variety of systems including radars
