Third Party Logistics-Key Account Associate Manager

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of two (2) years of brokerage experience
Demonstrated ability to develop business with new and existing customers
Demonstrated understanding of brokerage operations and geographic freight markets

Develop opportunities from the Business Development Team
Responsible to ensure key metrics for each account are met, examples OTD, EDI Compliance and Load Acceptance.
Account management and growth of assigned accounts by sourcing and securing opportunities from within each account
As primary contact for your customers, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between the customer and Gampac
Ensure accurate data capture, data integrity and system entry in all customer-related functions
Effectively utilize data and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve customer issues
Monitor current loads and proactively identify, communicate and resolve issues for customers
Support A/R in collections of past due invoices for your customers
Other duties as assigned
