Requirements

  • Currently in school graduating with a future date, or graduation year no earlier than 2024
  • Educational background in game programming or computer science
  • Experience and knowledge of all or some of the following: Procedural content creation (Houdini); Scripting languages (Python, C#); 3D and 2D software (3DSMax, Blender, Photoshop, Substance); Shaders
  • Team player, highly collaborative and results oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Curious about learning and implementing new technologies based on industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable art content production pipeline and tools that support our creative vision
  • Establish rules and guidelines for art content production
  • Produce visual benchmarks that push technology forward and maximize quality
  • Collaborate with programming team to guide feature development
  • Support a team of artists to build content efficiently and consistently
  • Profile and optimize performance on console/PC
  • Write and maintain technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing in and extending Unreal Engine a plus
