Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
- Expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- Ability to work in one of the following locations: Rogers, AR
- Ability to work full-time between 6/2/2025 – 08/08/2025
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience working with operations
- Set appointments
- Track and trace shipments
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings
- Exposure to leadership
- Complete a special project aligned with company strategic goals and initiatives and present recommendations to executives and senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Keen interest in growing a career in logistics and transportation as demonstrated by coursework, written work, research, internships, etc.
- Detailed and multi-task oriented (ability to prioritize and manage many tasks)
- Exceptional interpersonal communications (demonstrated ability to develop rapport and garner trust with peers, customers, classmates, professors, former employers, etc.)
- Can demonstrate an aptitude to manage difficult situations objectively and rationally (a thick skin; roll with the punches; resourceful)
