Responsibilities
- Contributes to Keysight Global Sales Organization’s overall business success through effective business development and sales support for KGSO’s services across the different Keysight Sales channels
- Responsible for the implementation of market/product line business plans and strategic marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments
- Identify volume and strategic customers, and develop partnerships
- Enable sales by identifying and developing business opportunities and providing information and support for the sales force
- Occasionally interface with customers through company channels, trade shows and marketing programs
- Pre-sales duties include providing pricing information and communicating schedule changes and product enhancements to account managers, distributors, OEMs and resellers
- Post-sales duties include resolving issues such as researching status of customers’ orders, providing information on possible product problems and resolving shipping, scheduling and prioritization problems
- Responsible for short-term sales forecasting for designated sales districts

- Technical knowledge of Keysight T&M products
- Knowledge of Keysight sales, quoting and order processing systems and procedures
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and receiving processes
