Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on financial products, banking procedures, compliance regulations, and customer service best practices.
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Facilitate training sessions using various methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and e-learning.
- Create instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and job aids.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date.
- Assess training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align training programs with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, quizzes, and participant feedback to measure knowledge retention and training impact.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure practical application.
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
