Requirements

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Must be licensed in the state of Arizona as a BCBA
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Availability Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
  • Willing and able to travel to assigned local region(s) in order to provide in-person services two days per month
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding operational skills
  • Ability and willingness to drive from client to client and to leadership and various business meetings, when in local region(s)
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work longer than 8 hours/day (only applies to 40 hours per week roles)
  • Strong internet connection and professional environment with the ability to utilize video conferencing for long periods of time with limited interruptions during Kyo company business hours, unless otherwise stipulated by a supervisor and dependent upon business need.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Kyo client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services.
  • Supervise Kyo’s Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
  • Serve as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in settings such as schools, homes, or communities, developing individualized treatment plans for clients primarily via telehealth.
  • Inform client of behavior plans and goals for client, monitor, track and report on client progress, communicating frequently with families, teachers and staff about client needs and progress.
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals and staff.
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical or operational projects while caseload is building.
  • Train caregivers and staff on program implementation, including modeling, coaching, and delivering feedback.
  • Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings, as needed.
  • Make all reasonable attempts to ensure efficacious development of programs for our clients. This may include job related tasks and duties not listed above.
  • Meet and maintain all Kyo directed performance metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including direct therapy as needed.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing a combination of Telehealth services and in-person services to meet each clients programming needs.
  • Manage and plan for regular travel to home region on a cadence determined by their Regional Director.
