Requirements
- An RN or LPN with a passion for wound care (experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!)
- Knowledgeable in the latest wound care protocols and techniques
- Compassionate and patient-centered, always striving for excellence in care
- A team player who loves to collaborate with others to achieve the best possible results
- Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care in assessing, managing, and treating wounds with the goal of promoting healing and comfort.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each resident.
- Educate residents and their families about wound care techniques, prevention strategies, and ongoing maintenance.
- Document and track progress in a timely manner, ensuring we meet and exceed the highest standards of care.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest wound care technologies and techniques, implementing them to improve resident outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) is a plus, but not required.
